⁽¹⁾ Standard nightly rate for up to 2 people, based on a two-night stay. Minimum and maximum prices determined according to booking date, stay date, and the time between these two dates. A minimum number of nights may be required for certain periods. A supplement of €50 will be applied for a single-night booking.

Tourist taxes not included.

Rate policy

Booking	Reservations are guaranteed by the payment of a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night, which is applied toward the total cost of the stay. The balance is payable upon arrival, unless a prepaid offer applies. A valid credit card is required as a guarantee.
Modification	Dates may be changed up to 8 days before arrival for a €50 fee, subject to availability. The rate will be recalculated based on the new dates. Reservations cannot be modified 7 days or less before arrival.
Cancelation	More than 7 days before arrival: a fee equivalent to the first night. 7 days or less: 100% of the stay. The deposit paid is deducted from the fees due.
No show	In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full cost of the booked stay remains due.
tourist taxes	€1.15/day/person – in addition to the price of the stay, or according to the tax in effect on the date of the stay.
Payment methods	Payments in Euros only. Credit/Debit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, international cards) secure payment with Stripe Bank transfert (instant transfert) Cash (with credit card imprint as guarantee)
Insurance	We do not offer insurance. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance that meets your needs.
