PRICE
The price shown is in euros, inclusive of all taxes, for the room and per night for up to 2 people. It includes VAT and service charges. Tourist tax is not included (for the year 2025: €1.15 per night, per adult). This price applies only to new bookings.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
RESERVATION
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s accommodation, with the balance due upon arrival, or upon prepayment of the entire stay.
Online payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the secure link. A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.
MODIFICATION
Date changes are possible up to seven (7) days before arrival, subject to a €50 service fee. No fee is charged for any other changes. Dates cannot be changed less than seven (7) days before arrival. Availability and price are subject to change.
CANCELATION
Non-refundable rate.
NO-SHOW
Non-refundable rate. 100% of the stay will be charged from 9pm onwards.
