Good to know

Valid for 12 months

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, for stays booked directly with Villa Balāo.

He chooses when to stay

The gift card is not tied to specific dates: he can choose when he would like to stay, subject to availability.

Use it in one stay

The gift card must be used for a single stay. If its value exceeds the accommodation cost, the remaining balance can be used for purchases at Villa Balāo during that stay.

What if the stay costs more?

No problem: the value of the gift card is simply deducted from the cost of the stay, and the remaining balance is paid separately.

The gift card can be used towards accommodation and purchases offered directly by Villa Balāo. Massages, bike hire and other services provided by our partners are not included.
